Concessions - Spotlight Spectacular
We need to borrow a couple of large coolers, preferably on wheels!
We also need donations of 2-4 dozen baked goods per student to put in individual ziplock bags and sell for $1 each (no prepackaged foods).
Suggestions:
Brownies
Rice Krispy treats
One LARGE cookie
Chex mix
Puppy chow
Popcorn with M&M's or pretzels
Have your student drop off at school in Coach V’s room or have them bring the snacks the night/s of SPOTLIGHT SPECTACULAR by 5:15pm.

Expense Reimbursement Form: When you have expenses that qualify for reimbursement, please download this form, fill it out, and submit it to the treasurer, along with a copy of your receipts. Once approved, the treasurer will write you a check for all qualified expenses.

Cash Receipt Voucher: When you operate a cashbox on behalf of Spotlighters, please download this form. Fill it out to record any petty cash that you start with (Initial Amount), then fill in all receipts of cash and checks, along with the new totals when you close the cashbox. Please return the cashbox and this completed form to the treasurer at the conclusion of your event.

Scholarship Award Form: If you are an authorized member of the Scholarship Committee, you may download this form for use in recording a scholarship award for Spotlighters financial records. Please see the treasurer for details on how to use this form.
