Dear Choir Parents,

Just a reminder that our choir fundraising items arrive today. ALL ORDERS MUST GO HOME TODAY. If your student is absent and sold products, please make arrangements to stop by West no later than 3pm.

Since we are dealing with food products, it is very important that the products get refrigerated no later than 6pm today. There are no options for students to store the products at West. Please help your students plan accordingly to get the products delivered promptly.

Deadline for payment: Friday, December 2nd
ALL CHECKS MADE PAYABLE TO SM West.

I have told the students that I do not want partial payments- a student will not be crossed off the list until full payment is received.

All money due is final. Products will not be returned or sent back based on wanting to reduce the total cost due. If the order was placed, the money is the financial responsibility of the student.

I appreciate your support of our project and again, your help in a quick collection process.
