Ticket Sales Volunteers
One volunteer each day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, May 7,8,9, and 10 over the lunch hour (approximately 10:45-1:00).

Three volunteers at the door the evenings of the performances: Thursday and Friday, May 10 and 11 from 5:45-7:00.

Front of House
Volunteers are needed to assist with front of house tasks on May 10th and 11th (6:00-7:00 - taking tickets, monitoring the "Angel" line).

Officers:
President (or two co-presidents) - organizes and coordinates operation of Spotlighters, runs meetings (currently Kathy Flood and Tracy Newman)

VP Publicity - handles press releases, business ads for programs, communications (currently Tim Keltner)

VP Membership - collects membership forms and payments, keeps current list of members (currently Carina Terance)

Treasurer - handles budget and financial transactions (currently Theresa St. John)

Secretary - takes minutes at meetings (currently Julie Lawrence)

The preview show for Spotlighters only will begin at 6pm tonight. There will be an extended intermission to allow the students in the pit to play in their band concert, and then the second act of the show will begin.

Attention everyone! The following props are needed for the musical:

Vintage type writers 1920 style (need 6)
Candle stick phones (need 7)
Pesticide spray guns (need 2)

If you have any of these items that we can borrow, please contact Mike Reiff or Art Winter.

We need your help!

There will be tech work calls from 7-10pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week (Jan. 10,11,12), and beginning at 9am on Saturday (Jan. 14).

Any and all help is appreciated from both students and adults!

TICKET RESERVATION FORM

Online ticket sales for Thoroughly Modern Millie will begin on Tuesday, January 10, for Spotlighters members only.

Online sales to the general public will be available beginning Monday, January 16.

Tickets will be sold on the bridge during lunch the week of the show, Jan. 23-27.

TICKET PRICES:
Regular: $10 (adults or out-of-district students)
West student: one free with activity pass
Shawnee Mission student: $3

Spotlighters Angel: two free
Spotlighters Patron: one free

West faculty/staff: one free
Senior with Gold card: one free

Any unpaid “will call” tickets will be released 20 minutes before curtain time for sale to those waiting in line. Any free tickets reserved in advance must also be claimed at least 20 minutes before curtain time.
